As used on Jayco, Regal, Roadstar and other Pop Top Vans

Canopy lift mechanisms are used to raise and lower the roof of pop top caravans and campervans.

Features:

• The bottom bracket measures 900mm long, and it can lift to a maximum height of 685mm.
• They are made of a steel track on the bottom & top sections, as well as two flat steel lengths that form an X and pivot in the centre.
• Each lifter will hold up 40kg of the roof, with the standard spring included.

Note: When replacing lifter it is recommended that the opposite lifter is replaced at the same time to prevent undue stress. These are stronger than the tubular arms.

When fitting, please ensure they are replaced in the same direction as they were i.e. if the fixed corner is on the right, replace it with the fixed corner on the right. This will vary for each side.

The additional photo's show the bracket closed. The vertical height when closed is 70mm and the width is 45mm. The image shows the mounting holes in the vertical face, and there are also holes in the horizontal faces for alternate mounting.
